Job Description
Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, and we're looking for a Fraud Agent to investigate and develop solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud on the platform.
Requirements
- Proactively identify potential fraud patterns and sources to minimize financial risk
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop fraud prevention measures
- Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes
- Communicate with customers in response to inquiries related to fraud or potential fraud
- Investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term
