Job Description
Join Whatnot as a Program Manager, Revenue Enablement to enhance the performance and efficiency of revenue generating teams across Sales and Account Management. Design, implement, and manage trainings and playbooks to drive growth and deliver exceptional experiences for sellers on Whatnot.
Requirements
- Support the enablement and overall success of revenue generating teams
- Develop, own, and continuously maintain sales playbooks
- Leverage sales technology platforms to build scalable enablement infrastructure
- Serve as a key liaison between revenue teams, sales operations, marketing, and product
- Administer and optimize a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for new hires
- Analyze enablement program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the account management team
