Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities with precision
- Proactive and dependable, able to anticipate needs and communicate effectively
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruiting tools like Ashby
