Job Description
Wheeler's Patient Service Representative II (PSR II) is a float position that supports front desk operations and functions related to patient enrollment and registration across five health centers. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calls, completing registration and intake processes, and backfilling front desk coverage as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 1 year of progressively responsible work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Access to timely and reliable transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and other software programs
