Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years in an MSP environment
- Professional certifications (Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA)
- Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Team-first attitude with a self-driven mindset
