Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Customer Success to manage a team of CSMs and Deployment Engineers across LATAM, personally own a portfolio of strategically important enterprise accounts, and build CS playbooks and onboarding frameworks from scratch.
Requirements
- Engineering or technical implementation background

- Hands-on understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
