Job Description
White Rock Medical Center is seeking compassionate and care-minded individuals to join their team and contribute to a supportive and patient-focused environment. The Quality Nurse will assist with data collection, performance improvement initiatives, compliance, and regulatory surveys, working closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to deliver exceptional healthcare.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas
- CPHQ preferred (or obtained within 2 years of hire)
- Experience with CMS reporting and data entry
- Strong knowledge of CIHQ/Joint Commission standards and state regulations
