Job Description
Provide clear and timely legal advice, analyze and address potential legal risks, and oversee various legal aspects of the company, including IPO-related documents and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal management or a similar role
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and handling legal aspects of IPOs
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Law or equivalent
- Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and commercial laws
- Comprehensive knowledge of IPO-related compliance
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong ethical judgment and integrity
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
