PHYSICAL THERAPY DIRECTOR

The Physical Therapy Director will lead the Physical Therapy department, overseeing services, staff, and budget. Must have a program of physical therapy education, a current and valid license in Alabama, and CPR certification. Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Relate positively and professionally to patients, families, and outside agencies
• Maintain active interest in professional organizations and update department as necessary
• Have good moral character
• Lead and manage the department
• Work beyond normal working hours when necessary
• Read, write, and speak English
• Perform all physical requirements of a full workday
• Cope with mental and emotional stress of the position
• Maintain regular attendance
