Job Description
WHOOP is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for securing its members’ data and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. The role involves building, leading, and growing engineering teams, defining security strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain HIPAA compliance. The manager will also mentor engineering managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical leader managing multiple teams or growing security engineering organization.
- Experience growing high level individual contributor career growth at the staff level or higher.
- Demonstrated success leading security or compliance initiatives in a regulated environment, preferably HIPAA or other health data compliance frameworks.
