We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team! The role will involve driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for the Operations team and leading our University Recruiting efforts, managing the Internship Program end-to-end.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in Recruiting
- Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers
- Advanced English
