Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a commercial or business field
- Several years of experience leading customer-facing teams in a sales or service environment
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
- Commercial mindset and interest in driving sales through customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Structured, organized approach to managing priorities and performance
- Experience from the maritime industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Confidence working with data and digital tools to support decision-making
