Job Description
You will be the central point of contact for customers from the energy sector, accompanying them in their daily business around the use of Wilken ENER:GY and Wilken P/5W. You will advise and accompany customers on the use of our ERP solutions, maintain regular contact, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in the energy and supply sector
- Basic understanding of IT systems and their use in daily business
- Communicative, empathetic, and sovereign in dealing with different stakeholders
