Consultant Service and Support

Your Tasks

Customer Support: You will be the first point of contact for customers in the 1st and 2nd level support areas of our energy industry customers.

Ticket Management: Your role involves responsibility for managing and monitoring tickets in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement.

System Analysis: You regularly perform functional tests and error analyses in our systems.

Internal Cooperation: You work closely with our internal departments of Consulting and Product Management to ensure the continuous improvement of our software quality.

Your Profile

Qualification: You have completed a completed education in the IT-technical or commercial field and ideally have professional experience in the energy economic or business economic field.

IT Support Experience: Ideally, you bring first-hand experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems.

Subject Matter Expertise: In addition to a high level of customer and service orientation, you are willing to get involved in IT topics of the First Level Support.

Work Style: You work accurately, independently, and are able to explain even complex problem statements in a simple way.

Teamwork: You are used to working in a team and have very good German language skills.
