Technical Application Management: In your area of responsibility, you are responsible for the careful and efficient technical management of the Wilken-Applications, to guarantee their optimal function and performance.
Ensuring operational operation: This includes the administration and installation of these applications, including basic configurations, as well as the installation of versions, updates, and hotfixes.
Database Management: Furthermore, you are responsible for the management and optimization of databases, including administration, monitoring, and performance optimization, as part of your daily business.
Documentation of customer environments: An additional task is to document customer environments transparently, as a prerequisite for a service-oriented operation.
Troubleshooting and remediation: Another component of your activity is the processing of customer inquiries, as well as the analysis and remediation of occurring disturbances.
Qualification: You have completed a degree in (business) computer science or a similar field, or, with corresponding professional experience, an apprenticeship as a system integrator or a comparable degree.
Databases: You have in-depth expertise in one of the databases such as Oracle, MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
Application Management: Ideally, you bring extensive professional experience and/or comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of application management.
Unix/Windows: You are familiar with Unix and Windows environments.
