Requirements
- Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business psychology, organization or comparable qualification
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a designing and strategic HR role
- Solid knowledge and experience in personnel and organization management
- Fluent speech and high expertise in consulting on employee management
