Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with service technicians and customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduling, work orders, invoices and customer follow up.
Requirements
- Strong experience in dispatching, scheduling, and workload planning.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, technicians, and management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management databases.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
