General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our store team and drive sales and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing staff to exceed sales goals and have strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years GM management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals, while meeting payroll goals
• Proven ability to think through complex issues, and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
