General Manager

We're seeking a General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for hiring great people, developing associates for future growth, and leading the team to achieve sales and payroll goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external customers receive exemplary customer service and have a positive store/brand experience.

Requirements

• 4 + years management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
• Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals, while meeting payroll goals
• Proven ability to think through complex issues, and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
