The Construction Manager Sr. is responsible for leading teams and collaborating with our construction management and inspection teams, with a focus on safety as the highest priority.
Requirements
- Brings construction management experience on power plants including combined cycle simple cycle CHP or gas turbine generation projects
- Leads construction on large industrial projects greater than $50M including fast track schedules and complex contractor coordination
- Accounts for front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis and contract management
- Supports construction of behind the meter power plants that serve hyperscale data center loads
- Provides input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management and liaison activities with our business partners
- Provides input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection
- Reviews contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims
- Develops and runs construction progress reporting; leads construction closeout
- Performs audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements
- Anticipates and proactively addresses potential issues and claims
- Provides onsite leadership to our inspection team
