Operations Technician Lead (Mechanical)

We are looking for an Operations Technician Lead (Mechanical) to work hands-on with our largest horsepower and power distribution installations. As a mechanically-focused Operations Technician Lead, you'll be at the heart of Williams' operations, working on advanced maintenance and optimization of gas turbines and high-speed reciprocating engines, detailed work on medium voltage generators and complex power distribution systems, and direct involvement with environmental controls and distributed control systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Operations Technician in the oil and gas industry
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based, field-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of control systems and PLCs
