Job Description
The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day Human Resources needs of all Willow ministries by delivering comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
