Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of human resource functions under the guidance of the HR Operations Manager. Provides guidance and counseling in areas such as employee relations, HR support, HR operations, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, training, communication, HR systems, reporting, process improvement, team support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent HR experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR support role.
• Knowledge of HR law and compliance; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred or willingness to obtain.
