We are seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our team in Madison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation and strong written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- 2+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation (general liability, professional liability)
- Motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions experience preferred
- Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills
