Litigation Defense Associate Attorney

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to join a team in our Madison, NJ office. The position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and a variety of benefits.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts
• 2+ years of experience with personal injury and premises liability
• Experience in commercial litigation and civil litigation is a plus
• Experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions preferred
• Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated success in maintaining billable-hours goals
