Legal Secretary

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a motivated professional for a Legal Secretary position in our Livonia Office. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays per week.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in insurance defense litigation
• Solid understanding of case lifecycle and client service expectations
• Proven experience navigating both state and federal court systems
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication paired with sharp attention to detail
• Experience with iManage or similar document management systems is a plus
