Sales Representative

At Wilsonart, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our products to various buying and on-buying decision-makers in the cabinet, millwork, and building industry. The ideal candidate has established experience in sales and knowledge of the decorative surfaces industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven field sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a closely related field
• Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
• Experience working with a CRM and pipeline management
• Familiarity with different sales techniques
• Computer use proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry standards applicable to the product and other pertinent rules/regulations governing material standards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to travel
