Job Description
Wilsonart is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate has established experience selling products to the cabinet, millwork, and building industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, selling, and marketing Wilsonart and Non-Wilsonart products and programs to a variety of buying and on-buying decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a closely related field
- 3+ years of proven field sales experience
- Experience selling within the design or building products industry is a plus
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel
