Senior Community Support Practitioner

We are looking for a Senior Community Support Practitioner to join our West Wiltshire Family Hub team, working directly with families in the community to access the right services at the right time.

Requirements

• Hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in family support, youth work, community development or similar
• Have experience supporting children and families through early intervention or outreach
• Have knowledge and experience of safeguarding and child development
• Be confident working with families from diverse communities
• Have experience working in partnership with other professionals or services
• Be able to work flexibly across community settings within West Wiltshire
