Support Worker

We're seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others to work as Support Workers in Wiltshire Reablement. The role involves providing vital assistance to individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. We offer NVQ apprenticeships and upskilling through practice and skills development.

Requirements

• Support Worker role requires individuals to work on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year
• Showcase flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
