Job Description
We're seeking Support Workers to provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. Our team provides reablement plans and support to help customers achieve their goals. We offer NVQ apprenticeships and upskilling through practice and skills development.
Requirements
- Hourly rate: £13.47 - £13.90 (Plus 10% unsocial hours)
- Hours per week: 30 & 24 hours
- Available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year
- Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NVQ apprenticeships and upskilling through practice and skills development
