Job Description
As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. You will work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality staff to implement effective changes and ensure that Lean solutions are aligned with operational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or aerospace industry.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
