Job Description
As a Product Manager at Winchester Interconnect, you will lead the product strategy for our Circular Connectors and be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan. This role requires a balance of market insight, cross-functional leadership, and strategic vision to ensure continued success and competitiveness in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products
- Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication
