Job Description
Office Support Clerk responsible for performing various clerical and public contact duties in a school office, including operating office machines, answering phones, communicating with parents and employees, and maintaining filing and database systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1-2 years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in a school office preferred
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- State and federal fingerprint clearance (LiveScan) to work with students (Ed. Code 44237)
- Proof of a clear TB test dated within the last 60 days (Ed. Code 49406) upon employment and thereafter updated every four years
