Job Description
The Manager - Banquets is responsible for executing banquet food and beverage events, adjusting specifications as needed, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires adherence to Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC’s policies and performing duties both within the designated department and in accordance with company procedures. Minimum 18 years of age, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
Requirements
- 18 years of age with proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel catering/banquet management/supervisor role
- Previous experience in a guest service environment
- Proficiency in Delphi, Delphi Diagrams and MS Office
- ServSafe certificate
- Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification card
- Basic mathematical skills
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
