We're looking for a Sales Effectiveness Specialist to help our field sales teams sell more effectively and consistently. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on seller readiness, onboarding, and execution β not people management.
Requirements
- 4β8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, field sales operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of field sales workflows, pipeline management, and seller routines
- Experience supporting new hire onboarding and ongoing seller development
- Ability to build clear, professional sales materials (playbooks, templates, presentations)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
- Strong end-user knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) β able to coach sellers on effective daily use
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within WRE's operating footprint for training and collaboration
