We're seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by modernizing and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem, automating complex workflows, and embedding our core sales methodology into the daily process of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product support, sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role in a financial services setting
- Extensive knowledge and experience with CRM (Salesforce) systems, sales methodologies, and sales performance optimization
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools to drive data-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in mortgage insurance underwriting, and product knowledge is highly preferred
