We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to support our Global GTM Enablement team by equipping our global Business Development and Account Executive teams with the skills, tools, processes, and content needed to win enterprise deals. You will drive our transformation from a technical sell to a value-based sell, translating business needs into effective enablement strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales, focusing on Fortune 500 accounts
- Demonstrated success leading strategic sales motions into large, complex Enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the MessageTM, and other enterprise sales frameworks
- Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs both in-person and virtually
- Ability to simplify complex concepts to inspire both seasoned and entry-level sellers
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
- AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role
