Job Description
Window Nation is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive performance across an assigned set of markets, track performance by source/vendor, and partner with Analytics, Digital, Creative, Events, Sales, PR, and third-party vendors to deliver measurable growth in lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience preferred in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Experience with performance marketing, analytics, and budget management
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (digital, creative, PR, sales, vendors)
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools
