Customer Service Representative

WindshieldHUB is a fast-growing on-demand service platform in the US, seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Colombia for a virtual work position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required)
• Prior experience in a virtual home customer-facing role
• Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills
• High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-canceling headset
• Quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls without interruptions
• Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends if needed
