Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required)
- Prior experience in a virtual home customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills
- High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-canceling headset
- Quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls without interruptions
- Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends if needed
