Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses while coaching and motivating a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists. You will provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer and create a culture of continuous improvement with your team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates
• Effective communication skills in group settings and one-on-one
• Ability to welcome feedback and improve constantly
