Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will support the team in driving sales and productivity, coach and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving store goals, leading by example, and promoting Windsor values.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates
• Effective communication skills in group and one-on-one settings
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
