Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store productivity and coach and motivate the team to drive sales and achieve goals.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
