Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will be responsible for driving sales, coaching and motivating a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will also support the Store Manager in finding and retaining great talent and maintaining a clean and tidy store.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
• Flexibility and reliability, including a willingness to work opening and closing shifts
