The Assistant Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while coaching and motivating a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Effective communication skills in group settings and one-on-one
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
