Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will support the team in driving our mission statement in your store, drive sales, and coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists. You will also find and retain great talent, lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with our stylists.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
