Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the team in driving the company's mission statement and achieving store productivity. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists, treat everyone with dignity and respect, and create an Oasis experience for every customer.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Effective communicator in both group settings and one-on-one
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
