Job Description
Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, find and retain great talent, and lead a high-performing team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support the team in driving the mission statement and achieve store productivity.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication in both group and one-on-one settings
- Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
