Job Description
As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will support the team in driving the company's mission statement in your store, while achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists, while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Will to welcome feedback and continuously improve
