The Windsor Assistant Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, and leading a high-performing team of Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail management experience, proven leadership experience, and the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
